Role overview
Kwiff is hiring a Customer Experience Agent in Malta, full-time (evenings and weekends required). The role covers supporting players across live chat and email, helping with account setup, verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and responsible gambling, plus escalating bugs and coordinating with Payments, Risk, Tech, and Product teams on customer issues.
Note: EU passport required (no sponsorship).
Requirements:
Fluent English with strong written communication
Prior customer support experience, ideally in gaming or online betting
Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Availability for evenings and weekends
Comfort with help desk platforms (Zendesk or similar)
Nice to have: regulated iGaming experience, familiarity with KYC and responsible gambling processes.
