After years of using Malta's job sites from both sides, as a candidate and as an employer, the same problems kept showing up: outdated design, inaccurate listings, searches that went nowhere, slow and clunky processes. The local market hadn't moved in years, and the attitude felt very much "if it works, don't touch it."
Our take is the opposite. MyJob.mt connects candidates directly with employers.
