About the role
ComeOn Group is hiring a Senior Operations Specialist for its Customer Experience team. The role keeps the CX "engine" running, improving the tools and workflows agents use while still handling player cases directly.
What you'd do
You would support players by chat, email and phone, process withdrawals and check identification documents for fraud and compliance. Beyond that, you help Team Leaders with coaching reviews and agent feedback, coordinate the team's response during outages or high-pressure moments, and train and coach new hires through the ComeOn Academy. You help track daily volumes, CSAT and response times, map the player journey to automate repetitive tasks, represent CX in cross-department meetings, and act as the go-to person for specific brand features or market rules. Shifts follow a pre-planned rotation and may include nights.
What you need
At least 3 years in online customer support in iGaming or a related sector, fluent English plus Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish or Dutch, and advanced knowledge of iGaming regulations such as MGA, SGA or KSA and of CRM systems. You should be data-driven, efficiency-minded, emotionally intelligent with leadership potential, and interested in using AI tools.
