AX Hotels is hiring a Wellness Concierge for the Verdala Wellness Hotel AX Privilege. The role looks after wellness bookings and enquiries and gives guests a personal, attentive service through their stay.
What you'd do
You would answer requests promptly, anticipate what guests want and arrange it, from special requests to personal services such as packing, unpacking and laundry. You keep booking records accurate, work with housekeeping and room service so needs are met quickly, handle complaints with tact, and treat guest information with discretion.
What you need
At least 2 years as a receptionist, preferably in wellness or hospitality, fluent English and a customer-focused manner. You should be comfortable with booking software and Microsoft Office, able to juggle tasks in a busy setting, and free to work weekends and holidays. Knowledge of wellness services and trends and extra languages are advantages.
