What you'd do
You would prepare fresh juices, wellness shots, herbal infusions, smoothies, house syrups and both alcohol-free and traditional cocktails, and suggest options to guests based on their tastes, diets or the wellness benefit they're after. You keep the bar stocked, from herbal blends and fresh produce to spirits, complete inventory forms, prepare garnishes, and maintain the bar to hotel sanitation standards and local regulations. Cash handling, billing and float procedures are yours, and you support the Restaurant Manager with other tasks as needed.
What you need
At least 3 years in the same position, ideally in a 5-star hotel or high-quality outlet, with strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and health-oriented drinks plus mixology technique. Fluent English is required, with other languages an asset. You should handle multiple orders in a busy setting and know the health and safety rules around serving alcohol.
