Role overview
Corinthia Palace Malta is hiring a senior Restaurant General Manager for Villa Corinthia in Malta, onsite. The role covers leading the newly refurbished fine dining restaurant by Italian Chef Francesco Mazzei, managing daily operations and compliance (HACCP, health and safety), driving revenue through upselling and menu development, overseeing inventory via Symphony, managing P&L performance, and leading team recruitment, training, and appraisals. Acts as primary guest liaison and collaborates with the culinary team on menu development.
Requirements:
Proven Restaurant GM or Assistant GM experience in luxury or high-volume settings
Degree in Operational or Hospitality Management
Strong F&B and wine knowledge
Team leadership and performance management skills
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Nice to have: experience in a standalone world-class restaurant.
