Corinthia Palace Malta is hiring a senior Restaurant General Manager for Villa Corinthia in Malta, onsite, employment type not specified. The role covers leading the newly refurbished fine dining restaurant by Italian Chef Francesco Mazzei, managing daily operations and compliance (HACCP, health and safety), driving revenue through upselling and menu development, overseeing inventory via Symphony, managing P&L performance, and leading team recruitment, training, and appraisals. Requirements:
Proven Restaurant GM or Assistant GM experience in luxury or high-volume settings
Degree in Operational or Hospitality Management
Strong F&B and wine knowledge
Team leadership and performance management skills
