Centrecom is hiring a senior Assistant Manager for Service Quality and Training in Mosta, Malta, onsite, full-time. The role deputises for the Manager and covers leading the Trainer and Service Quality Co-ordinators, driving continuous improvement across training and service quality, overseeing quality audits, scorecards, and calibration sessions, partnering with Operations on coaching interventions, and consolidating insights from feedback and Training Needs Analysis.
Requirements:
3+ years in training, quality, or operations leadership
Diploma in business, training, quality, or HR
Contact centre or service operations experience
Strong people management and analytical skills
Compliance and audit framework exposure
