Role overview
Corinthia Palace, Malta is hiring a senior Restaurant General Manager for Villa Corinthia, a new Italian restaurant led by Chef Francesco Mazzei. The role covers recruitment and training of the restaurant team, daily operations and HACCP compliance, P&L and inventory management via Symphony, acting as primary guest liaison, and partnering with Chef Mazzei on menu development.
Requirements:
Proven RGM or Assistant GM experience in luxury or high-volume
Degree in Hospitality or Operational Management
F&B and wine knowledge
Upselling and revenue management
Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, public holidays
Nice to have: experience in a standalone fine-dining restaurant
