The role covers leading the kitchen team across daily service, overseeing food preparation and presentation, managing ingredient procurement and stock, partnering with management on menu planning, and maintaining hygiene and allergen procedures across one of the group's restaurant brands (portfolio includes Aki, Amami, Blu Beach, Colette, Nine Lives, Manta, Tora, and others).
Requirements:
Proven head chef or senior kitchen experience
Strong team leadership and delegation skills
Menu development and seasonal planning ability
Food hygiene and allergen compliance knowledge
Stock control and waste management experience
