About the role
AX Care is hiring a Sales & Events Coordinator to organise events and support commercial activity across its sites in Naxxar. The events take place in a care setting, so resident wellbeing sits alongside the usual logistics.
What you'd do
You would handle event enquiries from first contact to follow-up, prepare proposals, quotes, contracts and function sheets, and coordinate requirements with internal departments and outside suppliers. Site visits, client meetings and set-ups are part of the job, as is keeping booking records and client databases accurate. You help track revenue, deposits and billing, gather client feedback, and make sure every event respects resident routines and safety procedures.
What you need
Experience supporting sales, enquiries and quotations, strong organisation and accurate admin skills. You should communicate well with clients and colleagues, be sensitive to a care home environment, and solve problems calmly while events are running. Basic knowledge of room set-ups, catering and AV is an asset.
