Quick overview
AI summarySenior product analytics role at ARRISE, the service company behind Pragmatic Play, focused on game portfolio KPIs such as activation, retention and monetization. Requires strong SQL, Tableau or Power BI, and hands-on A/B testing and statistical analysis, with Python or R a plus. Fully remote from Malta. Suits analysts with 5+ years experience, ideally in iGaming or mobile gaming.
Worth knowing: Fully remote position in a Malta market where iGaming analytics roles are usually office-based.
About the role
ARRISE is hiring a Product Analyst to support its game product teams with data. The role is remote and works directly with Product Managers and game designers on the KPIs that guide the roadmap.
What you'd do
You would define and track activation, retention, engagement and monetisation metrics across the games portfolio, and build the dashboards and self-serve reports that keep them visible. A big part of the job is designing and analysing A/B tests and other experiments, from hypothesis through to reading the results. You dig into player behaviour to find friction points and opportunities, compare performance across markets and operators, and turn what you find into clear recommendations for product, design and executive audiences.
What you need
A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or another quantitative field, and at least 5 years as a product or data analyst. Strong SQL on large datasets, Tableau or Power BI, and hands-on A/B testing experience are all must-haves, along with working knowledge of regression, segmentation and hypothesis testing. Fluent business English is required. Python or R, event-tracking tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel, and modern data stack experience are preferred, and iGaming background is a strong advantage.
About the company
ARRISE provides services to iGaming clients including Pragmatic Play. It has over 12,000 staff, headquarters in Gibraltar, and offices in Malta and eight other countries.
