Mapfre Malta is hiring a Developer for Process Transformation to replace manual, spreadsheet-based processes with interim digital tools. The solutions are built on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and SQL, and fill the gap while larger platform changes are planned.
What you'd do
You would review business processes with their users, document the pain points, and turn them into user stories, specifications and process maps with measurable benefits. You would then build, test, deploy and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Forms and Lists, plus dashboards and exception reports. SQL, preferably PL/SQL, is used for data checks, extracts and reconciliations. The job includes Level 2 support for what you deliver, DevOps routines such as version control and controlled releases, and full documentation. KPIs include cutting manual effort by 20% to 40% on selected processes and 75% user adoption within 3 months.
What they want
A diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Development or similar, with strong SQL and hands-on experience building or supporting business applications, automation or reporting tools. You should have practical exposure to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and understand Level 2 operations, DevOps practices, data protection and access control. Power Platform, Azure DevOps, ITIL or database certifications are an asset.
