What you'd do
You would gather and document requirements across Issuance, Servicing, Claims and Treasury, checking them against what the REEF systems can do and against MAPFRE Group standards. You would work with developers, configuration specialists and vendors on solution design, and confirm requirements through system testing before UAT. The job also covers vendor contract and performance support, version-controlled documentation, and Agile or hybrid delivery. Performance is tracked through KPIs such as 95% on-time requirements and a 90% UAT pass rate.
What they want
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or similar, and at least 2 years in business analysis, preferably in insurance or financial services. You should understand insurance operations, know Tron and CoreSuite, and have worked in Agile/SCRUM settings with stakeholders and vendors.
