What you'd do
You would sit with teams to learn how their processes run today, through workshops, document reviews and watching the work first-hand. From that you map the current process and point out the bottlenecks and outdated steps. You then gather requirements and design an improved version, often using automation or cost savings, and help the business put the changes in place.
What you need
Excellent Maltese and English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders and work with little supervision. At least 2 years in process improvement, business analysis or project management is preferred. An interest in AI and new technology is highly desirable, and any level of Spanish is an asset.
