About the role
Betsson Group is hiring a Head of HR to shape the people strategy for its Malta hub. You would also be the dedicated People Partner for the Finance and Legal teams.
What you’d do
For Finance and Legal, you would handle employee relations, performance, organisational change, policy questions and wellbeing day to day. Across Malta, you would keep HR policies in line with Maltese employment law and use people data to spot risks. You would also run engagement and CSR activities, the Malta Ambassador Programme and office events, working with the facilities team.
What you need
You need 6+ years in HR, including business partnering with senior leaders, and solid experience in employee relations, performance management and leadership coaching. You should know Maltese employment law well, use people data with confidence and work easily across a matrix organisation. The role is on site five days a week.
