Senior Product Director

FDJ UNITED is hiring a Senior Product Director to own the vision, strategy and roadmap across its online gaming verticals: Sportsbook, Casino, Poker and Bingo, Player Account Management (PAM), payments and core platform capabilities. The role leads a multi-product, multi-market product organisation.

What you'd do
You would set a single product vision across all verticals and prioritise a global roadmap that balances near-term delivery against longer platform change, within regulatory constraints. You lead the full lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimisation, with PAM as a core strategic asset covering wallet, KYC, payments, fraud and responsible gaming. You optimise conversion, retention and cross-sell between products, own the product KPIs, and manage relationships with key suppliers and platform partners, including build versus buy decisions. You build and scale a team of Product Managers, Owners and Analysts, and report business performance at executive level. Expected outputs include a 12 to 18 month strategy and roadmap and quarterly delivery plans.

What you need
At least 12 years in product management, including senior leadership roles, with strong experience in iGaming, sports betting or digital B2C platforms and a record of delivering complex multi-product ecosystems. Deep knowledge of Sportsbook, casino products and PAM platforms is required, along with agile product operating models, data-driven experimentation and platform architecture. You should be a strong strategic thinker who can manage executive stakeholders in a matrix organisation and a multi-market regulatory setting.
