About the role
Betsson Group is hiring a Team Lead for its Sportsbook area in Product Development. The Sportsbook platform is built in-house, from architecture to trading tools, and the lead supports the Engineering Manager while managing direct reports.
What you'd do
You would lead engineers, developers and designers through project delivery and roll-outs, working with stakeholders to keep the business goals in view. On the people side you hold regular one-to-ones, plan holidays, work with HR on development, and keep the team motivated and supported. Continuous improvement of how the team works is part of the remit.
What you need
A development background building scalable, containerised services, with a strong preference for Angular and a good grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript. Familiarity with .NET Core, C#, RabbitMQ, Redis and MS SQL is expected, along with a deep interest in lean and agile practice. You should have built and coached teams before and have strong people management skills.
