About the role
Tipico is hiring a Head of HR Business Partnering in Malta to lead its HR Business Partners across several countries. You would shape the people strategy and turn it into HR programmes with measurable results.
What you’d do
You would advise senior leaders on org design, talent, succession and performance, and fix bottlenecks that slow decisions or blur roles. You would also handle complex employee relations cases, oversee workforce planning and restructuring, and work with Legal so practices meet labour law. Day to day, you would coach your team and work with the wider HR leadership on engagement and retention.
What you need
You need a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with at least 10 years in HR business partnering. That should include 3-5 years managing people and experience in an online, gaming or fast-moving industry, plus strong employment law knowledge. It helps if you hold a Master’s degree or speak German.
