What you'd do
You would process incoming post and legal, court and regulatory correspondence, making sure each item is logged, assigned and filed correctly. You track deadlines, prioritise matters by urgency, and help the team prepare standard legal documents. You coordinate with external law firms and authorities, keep case data current in the company's systems, and analyse customer requests and tickets to help assess incoming cases.
What you need
A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a paralegal (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r), with some experience in a legal or administrative setting. Practical Excel skills, a structured way of working and clear communication with internal and external contacts are expected. English is the company language, and very good German is an advantage for the German-language cases and partners.
