About the role
Tipico is hiring an IT Administrator to provide day-to-day IT support to staff across the Tipico Group. The role covers both hands-on help and administration of the company's core business systems.
What you'd do
You would handle incidents and service requests in person and remotely, owning each issue until it is resolved and keeping the user informed along the way. You manage accounts, permissions and mailboxes in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and repair hardware and software on Windows, macOS and mobile devices, including data recovery when needed. Keeping knowledge base articles and standard procedures current is part of the job, as is suggesting better ways to deliver IT services.
What you need
3 to 5 years in IT support and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. You need experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, supporting Windows 10 and macOS, and using Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence. A good grasp of ITIL is expected, and English is the working language.
