What you'd do
You would build campaigns and user journeys in the CRM and CMS tools, and plan promotions, including setting them up in the back offices of the different game suppliers. You write the marketing copy, manage campaign assets, and launch ad hoc campaigns when the KPIs call for it. Automated lifecycle messages across all channels are yours to manage and tune so they match the website content, and you create personalised bonus campaigns for specific customer segments.
What you need
At least 1 year in iGaming or another regulated digital industry. You need excellent English and professional-level German, since Tipico's main market is Germany. Strong analytical skills with large data sets, attention to detail, creative campaign ideas and the ability to run several projects at once are expected.
