Responsibilities include assessing customer preferences and making recommendations, preparing and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, taking orders and serving drinks and snacks, cleaning bar equipment and washing glasses, restocking and replenishing inventory, replacing kegs, stocking refrigeration units, complying with food and beverage regulations, and keeping the bar organised and clean.
Requirements:
