About the role
Computime Group is hiring a Systems Engineer for its Systems Team. The role supports client infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid and cloud setups.
What you'd do
You would troubleshoot problems spanning cloud, operating systems, networking, identity and infrastructure platforms, and run preventive maintenance and health checks to keep systems reliable. You give customers technical support and advice on the technologies Computime supports, and document the solutions you implement. Ongoing training and certification is part of the job.
What you need
At least 2 years in a systems, infrastructure, cloud or technical support role, with experience of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or Communications and Computer Engineering is preferred, or equivalent industry certifications. Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer focus are expected, and Microsoft, OCI, HPE or VMware certifications are an asset.
