About the role

What you'd do
You would set up, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure for a range of customers, working mainly with Cisco and HPE Aruba equipment. The role involves direct contact with clients as well as the internal team, often with several jobs running at once.
What you need
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar, and at least 2 years configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches across LAN, WAN and WLAN. You should have a solid grasp of IP technologies including DNS, VLANs, SNMP, DHCP and routing protocols. A Cisco CCNA, CCNP or equivalent vendor certification is an advantage.
