About the role
LeoVegas Group is hiring a Service Operations Manager to run its 24/7 production monitoring team and own identity and access management across the company. The role is people-first, with the manager responsible for team health, shift rhythm and process discipline.
What you'd do
You would plan the rota, keep shift coverage and handovers structured, and act as the escalation point for shift engineers during major incidents, including war room coordination. On the access side you oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, make sure periodic access reviews happen on time, and keep access governance compliant with regulators such as the MGA and UKGC. You coordinate with Incident Management, Change Management and the Observability team, take part in new market and provider onboarding, maintain runbooks and playbooks, and run post-incident reviews. Regular 1:1s, performance and development planning for the team are central, with attention to the strain of shift work.
What you need
Proven experience managing a shift-based operations or NOC team in a 24/7 setting, and leading a team of 8 or more across different disciplines. You need a solid grasp of production monitoring, event management and incident escalation, hands-on experience running IAM processes, and familiarity with ITIL Service Operation practices. Datadog, ITIL certification, iGaming or fintech experience and work across several gaming jurisdictions are a plus. CVs must be in English.
