About the role
Betsson Group is hiring a QA Manager for its Mobile Apps team in Product Development. The role leads the QA engineers and owns the automation framework, manual testing strategy and quality processes for the mobile platforms, while staying hands-on.
What you'd do
You would build and coach the QA team through recruitment, mentoring and feedback, set the technical QA strategy for the platform, and be accountable for the team delivering to production on time and to standard. You define and refine team processes, clear or escalate obstacles, and act as the team's main contact for other teams and technical leadership. Time is split roughly half and half between management and technical work.
What you need
A strong technical background in QA automation, including designing automation frameworks for mobile apps, with hands-on skill in Selenium with Java, Rest-assured, Appium, TestNG or JUnit, CI/CD and TestRail. You should have coached and mentored people before, ideally in a similar role, and know agile practice well. Experience as an Agile Lead or Scrum Master, work with distributed teams, or a gaming background is a plus. CVs must be in English.
