What you'd do
You would make sure teams have the right structure, roles and skills, and handle recruitment, onboarding and career development. With your product and design counterparts you plan and scope the roadmap, then answer for delivery on both time and quality. You set performance metrics, improve team processes, clear obstacles, and step into a missing role when needed. On the technical side you keep system health and SLAs monitored, make sure support and maintenance processes work, and put technical initiatives forward for the roadmap.
What you need
A good understanding of Game Integrations and web development products, ideally from direct experience. You should be an advocate of modern agile practices and able to work within a cross-functional leadership team alongside product and architecture. CVs must be in English.
