About the role
bet365 is hiring a Casino Manager for its Malta office to lead its Casino, Live Casino and Poker products in the UK and European markets. The role is the main contact for its assigned markets and turns the regional strategy into local plans.
What you'd do
You would build country-level plans and a commercial strategy with the Gaming Commercial team, and work with Product and Marketing to shape offers and campaigns for local players. You track the profit and loss for your markets, including budgets and forecasts, and use reporting tools and benchmarking to keep performance improving. You lead the country team and develop its people, and you maintain relationships with gaming providers and key partners alongside the Head of Gaming, UK and Europe.
What you need
Proven experience in a casino-focused role, including budgeting, forecasting and setting KPIs. You should have led and developed teams, know iGaming regulation and responsible gaming well, and be strong at reading data and turning it into decisions. Stakeholder and partner management experience and familiarity with performance analysis tools are required.
