About the role
MeDirect is hiring for its Operational Risk team. The role covers operational risk and resilience, DORA and AI governance, and works with business and technology teams across the bank.
What you'd do
You would run Risk & Control Self-Assessments with each business function and operate the incident management framework. When operational or ICT incidents occur, you investigate the root cause, capture the lessons, and follow up to make sure fixes are delivered on time. You also help develop the bank's DORA and AI governance frameworks, produce risk reports and key risk indicators for senior management, and look for ways to use automation, data analytics and AI tools in risk monitoring.
What you need
Operational risk experience in financial services, with good knowledge of RCSAs, incident management, root cause analysis and control testing. You should understand DORA, ICT risk and operational resilience rules, and be able to work with and influence people at all levels. AI governance exposure, a fintech background, or a relevant degree or professional qualification is an advantage. You must be willing to relocate to the job location.
