About the role

What you'd do
You would write and implement the ML/TF prevention manual and oversee the controls behind it, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring and alert handling. Suspicious activity reports, both internal and external, run through you, and you are the contact for the Financial Intelligence Unit and other authorities. You present yearly work plans and audit results to the Board, run AML training, advise on new products before and after launch, and keep processes in line with regulatory guidance.
What you need
At least 3 years as an MLRO, plus a Bachelor's degree or a professional qualification such as ICA or ACAMS. You need strong knowledge of AML practice and money laundering typologies in gaming, the European regulatory environment, and experience managing a team. Fluent English is required and Swedish is a strong plus. The company also expects you to use AI tools routinely in your work.
