Role overview
LeoVegas Group is hiring a senior Affiliate Manager in Malta, hybrid. The role reports to the Team Leader Affiliation and covers building and managing affiliate partnerships across ROW markets and Germany, acquiring new partners, setting up reward plans with AdOps, optimising deals and campaigns for ROI, monitoring daily affiliate performance, ensuring compliance with legal changes, renegotiating agreements, and reporting performance to the Team Leader. Works with Marketing, Brand, BI, AdOps, Compliance, and Country teams.
Requirements:
3+ years in affiliation
Key affiliate account management experience
Tracking systems knowledge
Fluent English
Negotiation and communication skills
Nice to have: experience with Canada, Ontario, Netherlands, or Germany markets, additional languages.
