NetBet is hiring a senior Affiliate Account Manager in Malta, hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote), full-time. The role covers managing and growing affiliate partnerships across Greece, Finland, Austria, and .com markets under NetBet's MGA licence. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, developing market-specific strategies, monitoring performance through KPIs (FTDs, NGR, ROI, conversion), collaborating with CRM, SEO, PPC, Product, and Legal teams, and ensuring compliance with responsible gaming regulations.
Requirements:
Extensive affiliate marketing experience in iGaming
Track record managing affiliate programs across multiple markets
Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs (FTDs, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Fluent English
Nice to have: experience in UK, Ireland, Italy, or Romania markets; additional languages (Greek, Italian, Finnish, German); SEO, PPC, CRM knowledge.
