About the role
LeoVegas Group is hiring a Safer Gambling Analyst for the team that spots customers at risk of problem gambling and helps them stay safe. The team runs every day of the year on day and night shifts.
What you'd do
You would analyse account data for patterns that point to problem gambling, monitor player behaviour and make risk-based decisions on your own judgement. You contact customers by email, chat and phone across all the group's brands, coach frontline teams on safeguarding decisions, and train staff on Safer Gambling procedures. Keeping up with regulatory changes that affect customers is part of the role.
What you need
Gambling industry experience is essential, with Responsible Gambling experience a strong advantage. You also need multi-channel customer service experience, excellent English, confidence with data and an investigative mindset, and the ability to handle objections and reach a resolution first time. Italian or Spanish is an asset. CVs must be in English.
