MAPFRE MSV Life is hiring a Business Training Executive for its insurance distribution network. The role plans and coordinates product and sales training for sales teams and intermediaries.
What you'd do
The main task is running the yearly CPD Business Training programme, including content, dates, registrations and progress tracking. The role also covers induction courses for new distributors and client-facing staff, commercial sales training, and extra sessions where a channel shows gaps. It acts as the link between participants and MAPFRE Malta's training partners and keeps the network on track with IDD requirements for TII licence renewal.
What you need
Excellent Maltese and English, strong communication skills and experience in sales skills training. Confident presentation and facilitation in person and online, the ability to work alone and in a team, and good Microsoft Office skills are also expected. Training or L&D experience in insurance or financial services and any level of Spanish are advantages.
