HH Operating Ltd is hiring a Bartender to serve guests and craft both classic and original drinks. Responsibilities include taking orders and serving drinks and snacks, recommending options based on customer preferences, mixing and preparing beverages, keeping the bar clean and organised, washing glassware, restocking inventory, swapping kegs, stocking fridges with wine and beer, following all food and beverage rules, and maintaining a strong guest experience throughout.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of bartending experience
Solid knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, plus familiarity with beers, wines, cocktails and liquors
Basic maths and computer skills
Good communication and teamwork, with a calm approach to difficult situations
Physically able to stand and lift heavy items for long periods
Available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
