About the role
ENV Energy Solutions, part of Bonnici Group, is hiring a Technical Leader to combine hands-on technical work with supervising field technicians. The company installs and maintains fuel stations, wastewater treatment plants, EV charging infrastructure and other technical systems.
What you'd do
You would install, commission, maintain and repair these systems yourself, diagnosing faults to keep downtime low and carrying out preventive maintenance and safety checks. At the same time you supervise the technicians on site, allocate tasks, track progress and coach them on the job, and monitor quality and safe working practice. You coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, keep service records, help plan manpower and schedules, and report site progress and resource needs to management.
What you need
A technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar, with proven experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting technical systems. A valid driving licence is a must. Supervisory experience and a Wireman's Licence A or B are assets. You should be a strong problem solver, well organised, and able to lead and motivate a team while working independently.
