Evolution is hiring a Technical Compliance Team Lead (Products) in St. Julian's, Malta, full-time. The role ensures Live/RNG products, gambling features, and concepts comply with relevant technical regulations. Responsibilities include running jurisdictional audits, analysing games and concepts to identify risks, maintaining the Group Game Portfolio, detecting and reporting issues, liaising with management, regulators, and clients on compliance solutions, investigating technical requirements for new and established markets, acting as the go-to compliance point of contact for senior management and regulators, creating and improving processes and internal policies, preparing reports for management and regulators, and leading, developing, and training the team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a similar position
5+ years in iGaming with strong understanding of online gaming legislation
Experience leading and developing high-performing international/remote teams
Relevant university degree, ideally Information Systems or Computer Science (essential)
Fluent written and spoken English
Understanding of industry best-practice standards and requirements
Nice to have: additional languages.
