Role overview
Immense Group is hiring a Safer Gambling Analyst (Danish-speaking) in Pietà, Malta, full-time. The role safeguards players and the business by reviewing risk-scoring reports to spot at-risk behaviour, contacting players by phone or email, and applying internal policies on additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking. It also covers monitoring escalated registrations to prevent underage gambling, assessing self-excluded players for eligible refunds, daily/weekly/monthly case reporting, escalating complex cases to senior management, and instilling a Responsible Gaming culture through awareness and training.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Danish plus fluent English, spoken and written
Strong listening skills and empathy
Analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
Experience with MS Office
Positive, flexible, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have: previous iGaming experience or knowledge.
