Role overview
Immense Group is hiring a Safer Gambling Analyst (English-speaking) in Pietà, Malta, full-time. The role safeguards players and the business by reviewing risk-scoring reports to spot at-risk behaviour, contacting players by phone or email, and applying internal policies on additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking. It also covers monitoring escalated registrations to prevent underage gambling, assessing self-excluded players for eligible refunds, daily/weekly/monthly case reporting, escalating complex cases to senior management, and supporting a Safer Gambling culture through awareness and training.
Requirements:
Native or near-native English, spoken and written
Interest in the psychology of addiction, regulatory and compliance knowledge
Strong listening skills and empathy
Analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
