Role overview
Immense Group is hiring a junior Customer Service Agent in Malta, onsite, full-time, working night shifts. The role covers being the first point of contact for players through live chat, email, and phone, resolving queries, explaining products and promotions, supporting safer gambling initiatives, and collaborating with fraud and payments teams on escalations.
New joiners complete a 3-week daytime training, then gradually transition through earlier shift patterns before moving to the night schedule.
