Role overview
Immense Group is hiring a Junior Customer Service Agent (Swedish-speaking) in Pietà, Malta, full-time. The role is the first point of contact for players via live chat, email, and phone in Swedish and English, starting with a 3-week on-the-job training. Responsibilities include resolving player queries professionally, explaining products, promotions, and policies, updating account details, guiding players on Safer Gambling, collaborating with the Fraud and Payments team, and understanding AML to report suspicious activity.
Requirements:
Native Swedish with minimum C1 English
Flexible and willing to work shifts (days, afternoons, nights)
Strong listener with an empathic, service-focused approach
