Immense Group is hiring a Junior Customer Service Agent (Night Shift) in Pietà, Malta, full-time. The role is the first point of contact for players via live chat, email, and phone in English, starting with a 3-week on-the-job training. Responsibilities include resolving player queries professionally, explaining products, promotions, and policies, updating account details, guiding players on Safer Gambling, collaborating with the Fraud and Payments team, and understanding AML to report suspicious activity. Note: night shift, but new joiners begin with 3 weeks of daytime training and transition gradually through earlier shifts before moving to nights.
Requirements:
Native English speaker
Flexible and willing to work night shifts (after the daytime training and transition period)
