Tipico is hiring a CRM Campaign Manager (iGaming) in St. Julian's, Malta, full-time. The role focuses on customer retention and engagement for the Games product through multi-channel communication and event-driven promotions. Responsibilities include building campaigns and user journeys with CRM and CMS tools, planning and executing promotions across gaming supplier back offices, writing marketing copy and managing assets, optimising automated lifecycle communications across channels, creating personalised bonus campaigns for user segments, and researching market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
2+ years in iGaming or the regulated digital industry
Strong analytical skills with large datasets and excellent attention to detail
Creative thinking for digital campaigns
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent English (company working language)
