Role overview
KingMakers is hiring an Engineering Manager, hybrid, full-time. The role leads a team of 7 engineers within the Responsible Gaming and Compliance division, reporting to the Director of Engineering. Responsibilities cover technical leadership on scalable systems, overseeing architecture, driving incident management in compliance-heavy contexts, mentoring engineers across frontend and backend, and collaborating with stakeholders on technical roadmaps.
Requirements:
Proven people management and engineering leadership experience
Strong technical background in React, Angular, .NET, C#
Cloud infrastructure and microservices expertise (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in compliance-heavy environments (iGaming, fintech, insurance)
Hands-on understanding of incident management
Nice to have: iGaming or high-volume player platforms, event-driven architectures, CI/CD pipelines.
