Role overview
Immense Group is hiring a mid-level Tactical Planning Analyst in Malta, full-time. The role reports to the COO and supports operational efficiency across Customer Services, Payments & Risk, and Responsible Gaming. Responsibilities cover workforce forecasting across short and long horizons, tracking KPIs and SLA performance, analysing large datasets, preparing root-cause reports on outages, optimising staffing and schedules, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Prior operational experience, ideally in customer service or iGaming
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation and analysis
Contact centre or similar operational background
Strong English communication, written and verbal
