About the role

What you'd do

You watch costs and resource use, keep permits, documentation and progress reports current, and carry out regular site inspections with corrective action where needed. Resolving site issues with consultants and subcontractors and keeping everyone informed is a daily part of the job.
What you need
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar, though equivalent experience is also considered, and 2 to 5 years delivering construction projects. You should have led site teams and subcontractors, understand construction methods, contracts, cost control and planning, read technical drawings, and know health and safety and regulatory standards well.
