Role overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People and Culture Administrator to join our team on a 2-year definite contract working 24 hours per week. The successful candidate will be employed by our organisation and assigned to work closely with one of our valued clients operating in the aviation sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting the People and Culture function with reporting and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage conference room bookings and related logistics.
Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Address employee queries in a timely manner and escalate where necessary.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure employee information is consistently updated across all relevant systems.
Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Follow and execute SOPs and role-specific checklists.
Assist with ad hoc reporting and administrative requirements.
Carry out additional duties in line with the scope and purpose of the role, as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a similar environment.
Familiarity with HRIS systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
Desirable
Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law.
Understanding of HR functions such as employee engagement, recruitment and selection, performance management, rewards, or people analytics.
