How does AI matching work?
We tag every job with our AI when it goes live. Your alert is a set of tags, and we email you when a new listing carries all of them.
Will my first alert always stay free?
Yes. Stay on Starter and your free alert keeps running. Upgrading only adds more alerts. It never takes the free one away.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Up- or downgrade any time, no contracts. We pro-rate the change. Cancelling drops you to Starter, and you keep one alert.
Are alert subscriptions refundable?
Alert subscriptions can be cancelled any time and won’t renew next cycle. We don’t pro-rate refunds, but we never auto-renew without a heads-up email.
Do I need to give a card to start?
No. Starter is free and only asks for your email. You only enter card details if you decide to upgrade to Basic or Pro.
