About the role
db Group is hiring a Gym Manager to run the gyms at db San Antonio Hotel + Spa and Xemxija Bay Hotel. You would keep both safe, clean and welcoming for hotel guests and members.
What you’d do
You would lead the gym team, plan schedules and training, and develop fitness programmes, classes and wellness activities. You would also keep equipment inspected and maintained, meet health and safety rules, and act on guest feedback. On the business side, you would help sell memberships, track costs and stock, and work with other hotel departments.
What you need
You need experience managing a gym, fitness, leisure or wellness operation and a recognised qualification in fitness, personal training or a related field. You should lead people well, know gym equipment and safety procedures, and be comfortable promoting memberships. You must be able to work at both hotels, including weekends and public holidays when needed.
