Gaming1 is hiring a senior Marketing Business Analyst in Malta, hybrid (up to 50% remote), full-time. The role sits within the Business Management team and covers consolidating marketing KPIs across markets, automating data collection, running segmentation and cohort analysis, conducting brand benchmarks using Ipsos, H2 Gambling Capital, and Statista, developing player profiles, and supporting CRM retention campaigns and budget forecasting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related
5+ years in gaming, including 2+ years in marketing
Strong analytical skills with business orientation
Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and GA4
Understanding of digital marketing channels
Fluent English
Nice to have: experience with LivePartners or Statista.
